X2, I have not really had any issues and I sell a LOT of stuff granted it's not an endless supply of speaker wire. I think that was there point from what I saw, they said he had unlimited amount of speaker wire so he should be a dealer.
I mean I could go out and buy 10 rolls but that does not make me a dealer, just means I have a crap load of speaker wire. lol
I think you should only have to pay to be a dealer if you indeed are a dealer IE have a company Tax ID, Resell cert., Dealer lic. if you don't have those then why would you pay to be a dealer? You can't get dealer pricing with out it or I should say you can't or should not be able to legally. Other wise your just a guy that went out and got a crap ton of speaker wire on a good deal but that does not make you a dealer it also might make it not endless.

I just follow the rules never had an issue. But I know this is like the 5th thread I have seen with people having issues. This is the first one I think might of been a little wrong. But I think the OP handled it all wrong in his posts there from what I read. It would of been easier to just say no I am not a dealer I just have a hook up on some wire and passing the saving on to the users here.
That indeed does not make him a dealer, by any law, IRS, State or any one else why would caco need to make him pay $75 to be a "dealer" when he is not. Makes no sense and maybe I am missing something.
But I don't know all the facts...
