ANOther EGAY SCAMMER!!

So I sold my AVIC-N3 on EGAY last month. The buyer requested me to ship to another address after paying me thru paypal. I thought if he really wanna scam me like other people he will ask me to ship the item first before paying me so I trusted this guy. after acouple week he went and report to paypal that he didnt get his item. and i am ****. i try calling paypal and emailing them but they say because i didnt ship to the confirm address. i still got his email requesting me to ship it to another address and all the proof of my shipment. what if i decide not to pay paypal back??

that happens a lot....not much can be done i dont think....thats why they have them confirmed....i have did that before but i got lucky and nothing like this has happened...gl with this.

Not much you can do. You have to ship to confirmed paypal addresses and have tracking # or delivery confirmation #s. Without doing that, Paypal offers VERY LITTLE seller protection.

yeah last time this happened to me a year ago paypal asked for my tracking number for USPS and it was confirmed and the refund went back to me

lol....the best thing that you can do is show them emails, tracking all that and hopefully they see that the other person was in the wrong.....

Dont ship to unconfirmed paypal addresses...

Watch your credit. PayPal could send you to a Collection Agency for the difference.

paypal doesnt have anyone's SSN, so it wont show up on a credit report.

if it goes to collection, you can just deny it and they cant really do much.
