***** Another Day! Another Thread! *pics - Not 56k Friendly!*

seems unfair that you get a new amplifier on my birthday (june 17)...

Also, what's up with the battery mount? Your work is ususally sexier than that? Do you know anyone who works in a machine shop or auto body shop that can fabricate something cool for you?
i dont know anyone that works at a machiene shop or anything.

i might be able to get some aluminum bar stock and some allthread, put the allthread in the bolt hole on the left, and then somehow bend the right side to shape.

i just dont have the time to do that stuff right now - ill make it sexier after i get the car running. i was working with what i had available to me yesterday to get the car driveable //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/tongue.gif.6130eb82179565f6db8d26d6001dcd24.gif

****, this is awesome, I really wish I was this skilled to do all of this..... but then again, I've never really tried.... Good shit mang, keep it up, can't wait to see it when its finished.... //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

all you need is a drill and a tap...
but i dont have any aluminum barstock or anything like that to use to make a bracket.

and what the hell do i need a drill and tap for?

and tomorrow is the big day for you to get your fiberglass finally...
yep //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

somthing like this is what i was thinking;

cuz theres a little screw hole on the left there, and that bar thing on the right there.

oh god req, imma beat off so much once you get teh resin. If you give it the okay and it's quality stuff i am off to ordering it. I just ordered 4 sets of Bowie knives for 55 bucks //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif i have enough for about 10 gallons of resin. What do i plan to do with 10 gallons of resin?!?!?!!

I have no idea... >: D

i'd coat the battery brackets in fiberglass resin for shielding, except of course the areas that need to be bare metal.

And thanks for the run down there, that all looks familiar now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

yea, once i get it finished, ill post more pics.

it should come in quite handy //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
