I like you and all man, but when you're under 21 sober means you didnt drink anything, it doesnt mean you was under the legal limit. Dont mess your life up making the wrong decisions. Just think, if that cop would of pulled out the Breathalyzer if you blew anything what so ever its still a dui for you.

im not calling you out or saying youre wrong by any means but i thought unless you cause an accident or something of the like, its an mip? maybe it varies by state im not sure. i knew a girl that was 20 and blew a .07 while driving and got an mip

mip=minor in possession there has to be exceptions on that though...listerine will draw a bac of like .03 at least on a breathalyzer iirc
Ah, you can get a possession of alcohol here, but you cant have any in your system. It then turns into a minor consumption and if you're driving the dui. and good luck trying to blame it on listerine when your breath smells like beer or whatever you were drinking. I've heard many people try that. but listerine and beer/hard liquor are two different smells on the breath, which believe it or not, they will smell your breath while you're blowing through that tube.
