lemme clear up a few things... ya the box fits between the wells.. and the middle braces are nessesary but i think we are going to do 1" thread instead.. and the holes in the front arnt ports..i just dont have the front panels on the box in the drawing

That should work out pretty good. I was just hoping there would be a way of doing some sort of external bracing with like a 2x4 strong back along the outside of the box or something, but then again I guess its gonna get covered up with a bed cover of some sort and probably don't have the height to sacrafice.

Man, that is gonna pound once done. I can't wait to see pics of this setup and just the box itself. Have fun!
