i was thinking about buying level 3's about 10 months ago, and this email was directly from DC audio....."we have no dealers in Mi so we can give ya team prices, 179 each shipped for the level 3 12's" team pricing aside, is it really more than half off?

The dude's obviously lying about paying $800 for the subs, but a pair does cost $400 direct. From a dealer I'm sure it's closer to $500, and maybe more than that...
