Annoying Beep!!!!

Hey guys! i bought a cheap dvd head unit and it throws out a beep everytime i push a button/move the volume knob and its getting very annoying. Anybody have any idea how to remove the **** beep sound.

If it was that simple i would of done it by now. But it has something to do with the circuit board, a small chip that has to be removed manually... I just don't know which one to remove. Anybody know how to do so please post diagram?
