ANNOYED with Elemental Designs!!

I do need the remote.. no 2 ways about it... its ANNOYING playing with the touch screen every time I want to change the bass (which is ALOT!!) I took pics of everything... who wants to shrink em for me!!!

Anywho I would like to post the pics, so I can get some ideas on where to put a nice amp rack... I am on Pistonsfan70 on AOL now... if you can shrink pics from 50 kbs to 25 let me know!!

A bstock is considered to be an amp that was used/mounted for demo purposes or to not be in aesthetic condition to be sold as new- should never see power past factory testing- it should still come with whatever accessories a new amp comes with

A refurb is one thats been in the consumers hands/use that was damaged/ sent back

I'm curious as to how a factory direct operation(no dealers) would have so many bstocks, or selling refurbs as bstocks

If you're so curious why don't you call them up and ask? Otherwise how do you know that they have "so many bstocks, or selling refurbs as bstocks"?

i'd leave that for the ones who actually have interest in their products- as I dont..... bstocks pile up generally because of the dealer networks, who mount them for demo's, - being he was shipped an amp w/ nothing a new amp comes with is pretty shitty and leaves alot of questions to be asked

you dont want the remote bass blower anyways...
Why not? External bass control is a very valuable feature. I use one with my LSX-2 crossover (since my amps don't have such a feature). I just set my sub amps gains to where they are in a good spot and the bass knob at 10:00 so that way I can lower the bass a little or add a little bit depending on the mat'l being played. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I would agree. There is NO acceptable reason to ship him an amp without everything that would come with a new amp. And the worst thing about it is they claim they were out of them and yet they never sent him any paper work explaining anything. That is very POOR commitment to customers. I can't believe they are even in business. Good products are only a small part of a successful business. Customer service is just as important.

Just my opinion of course. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/biggrin.gif.d71a5d36fcbab170f2364c9f2e3946cb.gif
