im on jack3d right now.. i've used about the whole tub and that stuff really gets me going before a workout. I've only ever taken 2 scoops and i can feel the beta-alanine kicking in and thats about time to start getting warmed up for a great lift! Main thing is to not rely on supplements, put your trust,time, and effort into your diet and you will see true, long lasting results!
Edit: I've taken animal pak, and honestly its nothing special. Just eat healthy and try to incorporate vegetables and fruit into your diet and you will be fine!
