Angel Eyes head lights

Is this a mod I can do to my current civic 2000 or I would need to buy totaly new light system? if it's a mod can someone post info on how to do it?

you can buy the head lights, but they wont be real HID, ive seen some expensive luxry cars and they had angel eyes but the lights were just big bulbs that made it look like HID, and if you dont want to spend $2,000 on hid, the angel eye look is good for a civic. but the more money you put into your engine the faster you will go. and the slower the show cars will seem.

here's what ive heard:

get one of those clear plastic rods that turn window blinds...heat it up, bend it into the size of your headlight, let it cool, then pout little nicks in it with a dremel or other device...

then drill a hole in the end, and place an "ultra-brite" led of the color you want in the end (you have to make a voltage divider as well because most LEDS cant handle 12v) and put them iside of your headlight...

notice how i said "here's what i heard"

i have no idea whether it works or not...

Oh theres a guy on ebay that makes them too.... for 35 dollars i think.... all he needs is the dimensions.... I will have to get back to you on his addy though!!
