for some time? I had some friends go not more then 4-5 months ago and they bought some mushrooms (legally from a smart shop) so your definition of "some time" is VERY diffrent then mine..

I have recently lived in Holland. And lived in Holland for a brief period in 2002. At that point mushrooms had recently been made illegal as a specifically remember when my brother came to visit and was not able to get any. Apparently from what I understand from this recent ban is that although dried mushrooms were made illegal prior to at least 2002 when i first lived there, fresh mushrooms have remained legal until this most recent ruling.
