Amps that put out 2kw @ 2 ohm? or perhaps 4k @ 1 ohm

I've got a sub stage in mind for the future involving four SI BM v2's wired to 2 ohms. then maybe four more down the road wired to one ohm...

right now i'm looking for an amp that can do this. as this is the most expensive setup i've ever considered i'll be keeping an eye out for good deals and gradually saving up.

budget is... well... basically whatever an amp like that would cost, i've got plenty of time to save up considering the bm's aren't even out yet and i'm just idea hunting right now.

suggestions, input, alternatives, all are welcome, this setup isn't set in stone

I am correct in thinking that i can wire 8 dual 4 ohm subs to 1 ohm... right?

yes, you will need to series the coils in each sub making each sub 8 ohms. then parallel all 8 subs = 1 ohm.
