Amplifier Power?

i have (2) jl 13w3v3's that are rated at 600w rms. I'm trying to figure out if I'm right about each sub getting 600w when powered by a 1200w amp. Does the power get divided in half when both subs are wired to the same channel @ 2ohms?

If they a single 4ohm, yes. When you wire the subs to the amp, it will divide the power equally to the subs.
