couple months ago i bought an Infinity Reference 475a amplifier from amazon.com(i bought it new, but it was cheaper on amazon). after installing it and setting the levels i noticed somthing wrong...after lisitening for about 30 mins (often the time it takes changes) it seemed to put out less output, maybe decreases by 1/4. after this happens if i turn the volume up the output still goes up, but its not as loud as it normally is, and i cant max out my system because i reach the max on my hu. i thought it could be either two things: 1) the amp is overheating or 2) theres a loose connection somwhere.

1) the amp gets hot, but it doesnt go into protect mode, and it doesnt smell like anything is burning or frying

2) i checked the connections at the amp and half assed checked the speaker connections becuase ive already spent a lot of time installing and messing with stuff an it looked ok.

so thats my problem any ideas to solve greatly appreciated
