Amplifier help please

I have this pioneer amplifier spl 5000d amplifier. I have 4 gauge running through my car and when i hook it up the power light turns on for about 2 seconds and then goes off. THen like 10 seconds later it comes on and again it turns off....any idea what it could be. I also tried my cadence Daytona amp and it works good. SO im sure it isnt the wiring.

This amp has little 30amp fuses in it....just putting it out there.
