Amplifier clipping problems

^ Those settings are ok. People will say the sub gain should be at 0, but it's really not a problem. It's just an attenuation for lower volume levels.

4 gauge is fine, but 0 gauge will ensure you'll be good in the future, with any other system upgrades down the line. Doing it right the first time, ya know?

And you really don't need to pull the alt out. They are rarely easy to access, but looking at it from the bottom side may provide another access point.

I will keep an eye on the volt meter, when i see the voltage dropping ill ease off its probably not to good for the other components in the car too //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif.

Ill have a look kinda hard to squeeze under there but if this is something i can do myself it would be nice, the car tbh is not worth spending lots of money on so if it means ill have to keep the volumes low enough not to destroy the alternator i will.

Once i get a new car hello bigger alt!
