Amplifier and Crossover Placement???

I have been going back and forth between putting my amps under the driver and passenger seats or putting them behind my rear seats in my 2000 TOYOTA CELICA. Dont want to fabricate amp rack b/c it will take up space and im not that experienced. I have done a search and have found nothing. The amps are Next VRz 2.400 & 4.400 w/o internal cooling fans. Could you guys give suggestions on amp placement as well as the crossovers (door, trunk, ect). Thanks
