Hi, what do you think is better for an JL AUDIO 12W7?

zapco z600 c2-sl

zapco c2k 6.0x

jl audio 1000\1

other......

I want an ampli for only SQ not SPL, i like rock music and i wuold like an ampli taha have contol and speed.....

I personally wouldnt buy a JL 1000/1 because they are overpriced, but there are plenty of good amps out there.

1200$ is a lot to work with

its a single 3 ohm voice coil right?

anything that is regulated ie. jl 1000/1, phoenix gold x1200.1 or x600.1, etc that can give u a good amount of power at 3 ohms would be fine.

by the way the PG xenon line amps are highly underrated and are very solid amps

you dont need to spend anywhere even close to that 1200$ honestly, unless u just want to haha

i have an orion 2500d on my 12w7, she loves it, there is always a 2500d for sale on this forum somewhere.

12w7 loves power, dont use anything less than 1000 real watts. you will be dissapoited with 500 or 600 or 700. but put 1000+ to her and she will reward you in many ways.

I would match it to the LJ 100/1. Yeah its expensive but so is the 12w7, right?
