Can install an amp to my stock head unit so my speakers are louder?

I already have subs installed and speakers but my subs are louder than the music so i need my speakers louder. I would buy a new head unit but i dont have the funds right now and i already have an amp from my old subs. Thanks for the help

I have a rf 3001 that I wanted to power it off of would that work? If it doesn't i have an alpine mrpm2000 that's powering my subs too
Those are all monoblock amps meaning it'll only work for subs, dont even try using it as a mids and highs amp. Just save up and get a quality head unit, sell the rockford and w/e you have to get the headunit dont cheap out on the head unit, its the most important part of your system.

What would be a good head unit for the price with a flip out touch screen screen i dont really wanna spend more than$200

Unless the head unit you have now is pure junk you're not going to see much improvement in the amplifier department by buying a new one. Head unit's only produce ~18 watts rms per channel, regardless of how well respected the name is or how inflated the power claims are.

If you're happy with how your head unit works, find a cheap 4 channel amp. That will give you an appreciable gain in speaker volume and it can be used in the future if you do change head units.
