If you're talking about the wattage output claims that are accompanied by the words "Max" or "Peak" then you can't.

It's an immaterial bit of data that is useless other than marketing purposes.

Concern yourself with the RMS output ratings as these are the only ones important as far as whether the amp in question is appropriate for your needs.
