amp x-over vs ext x-over use 1 or both?

okay well i have a built in x-over on my amp (lp) 30-250 hz and i also have a external x-over do i use both or just 1?

and not sure how to tune my amp to my box im running 2 ab xfls 1244 on a dual slot ported box,1.75ish CF per chamber. does anyone know the tuning freq for sub sonic for a prefab 1.75 cf chamber box? my amp tunes from 15 hz- 35hz sub sonic..
