I've been trying to help a buddy of mine's amp over the last few days and we are completely stuck. Neither of us have very much experience with car audio in general.
No matter what we do, we can't even get the amp to turn on. I've checked the entire power lead, including the fuse. I've checked the fuses on the amp. Also made sure we had a very solid ground. Used a voltmeter to check just about everything I can think of... yet I can't even get the led to power on. I even tried putting my amp into his car, and I got the same results. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/confused.gif.e820e0216602db4765798ac39d28caa9.gif
Other info you might need: It's a pontiac G6, using the stock head unit. As such, he's using a line out converter.
If anyone has anything, even food for thought, it would be greatly appreciated.
