Amp w/ 600-900 watts @ 1ohm/4ohms

this is for the future...im thinking of something like a 10A and i want an amp that does between 600-900 watts to power it. so it'd have to be wired to either 1 or 4 ohms...remember that this is running of a stock 75a alternator. so throw some ideas out there.

The 800.2 from Avionixx will do 800 bridged at 4 ohms.

yea i was looking into that....hopefully they are cheaper by the time i get the sub tho. i was thinking about that amp and the JBL 600.1.....i cant think of many others b/c im too lazy to think.

if you can find an old rockford 500a2 it does 740wrms@4ohm...mine will be here next week ill let you know how they are

I haven't looked at the prices, but have they raised/dropped since Avionixx and ED got together?

Aren't they still around 280~300 for the 800.2?

I'm loving the amp so far. Good, clean power...i've ran it close to an hour at moderate levels and it hasn't even warmed up on me. Highly recommended in my book.

$285 for it....not bad. it will definitely be a possibility.
