Okay, came across a JL 300/4 locally for $175 from original owner, that will give me 75 watts x 4 on the 4 ohm Hertz Energy 3 way components up front and the Hertz Energy 6.5 rear coaxial rears, and will be a nice match to the JL 500/1 powering the 10W6 subwoofer. Selling my Rockford Punch 400-4 for 110, so not alot of money to try the JL amp. Should sound really clean and hopefully enough power for the speakers when I want to turn it up a bit. If not will just re-sell it and go with something else, for the price figure why not try it.
