The owner has had some issues in his past/present so thats where the hate comes in. But the products are solid.. I myself have never had an issue with Kevin but thats a choice you would have to make.
The Ea4000 isn't bad, I'm not a fan of the alpine pdx.

yea, I've done some reading on PDX, some say they like it others say SQ lacking sound mechanical... I don't know, kicker and alpine are both decent but neither one really shines or stands out in my opinion. I like the JL products and the current Rockford Punch P400-4 is a pretty nice clean sounding amp. Just wish it had more power.
stay away from SKAR! buying his products will only support the hand that molests the customers
I agree with this, the only problem is finding one that is in good condition, whenever buying an older amp your taking a risk due to the age of the amp and I already got burned on what I though was going to be a really nice Xtant amp, cosmetically looked nice was seller made promises like mad, took to the shop and put it on the bench to check and burned channels.
