Amp turns on, Sound comes on when it feels like it

I have been having problems after I hooked up my second amp. Both amps turn on, but every now and then they stop working. It started yesterday it happened for a few seconds after ten minutes of play. Then I went on a trip and it would cut in for 5 min and cut out for 10. I haven't had any issues with headlights dimming or the car starting. When I hooked up the battery charger to my redtop Optima the battery was pretty much fully charged. Whats going on here?

Im running a Focal 27V1 off of a Alpine MRP-M500 and a par of infinity 6.5's with a JL A2150. So im not pushing a whole lot of wattage. The car is a 90 Integra.

Im using Knukonceptz eKo 5 meter cables. The sub worked for 3 months until I hooked up my 2nd amp to my speakers.
