amp turn on/turn off pop question

I did a search and read some posts,

but none that i found said how to fix it if its a problem with your amp.

I have an saz3000, a t400-4 and a dd9515.

The sub pops when the amp turns on and off events with no RCAs in.

I have a solid ground and have tried changing location with no luck.

Both channels pop, I have even tried unhooking everything from the second battery except the amp and it still pops

The only weird thing is if I unhooking my t400-4 amp the pop is much quieter(bearable). Why would that affect it?

And how can I get rid of the pop?
