Amp to power my kickers

okay right now im running a crunch audio amp

Specs: 1 or 2 channel

1100 x 1 @ 4 ohms

550 x 2 @ 2 ohms

225 x 2 @ 4 ohms

im running 2 12'' kicker cvrs wired to 4 ohms, it keeps sending my amp into protect mode and its getting on my nurves. i was wondering if i should get a new amp or try wiring them differently.

btw the subs are 400 rms 800 max

problem could be in your install not the wiring of the subs
