Hey I already have a pioneer 4800 installed in my truck and am going to be getting a some CDT 61A component speakers next(130 watt RMS with a 4 ohms impedance), and was thinking about getting this amp to power them http://www.bargainunlimited.com/servlet/Detail?no=334 (its a Kenwood KAC-7202 that does 150wattsx2 @4ohms) , and then let my deck power my stock rear speakers. I want to stay with a 2 channel amp because I don't plan on getting a sub. How is this amp, and how well will it work with my system?

Thanks
