Amp to match infinity 12s

Hey people, this is my first post here so hello an all that...

I've got two infinity 1230W reference 12" subs. They are 300W rms, 4ohm single coil and in a sealed box.

I'm pretty sure that means I should have an amp rated for 600W rms @ 2ohm.

I'm just not sure what brand or model to go with to match the quality of the speakers, I don't think they are crap but not high end either. So basically I guess I'm looking for an amp that isn't crap but I don't wanna spend money on a high end one if my speakers aren't up to par to match it.. ya know?

I don't have a crossover so it will need to have a LP filter too.

Any suggestions?

Something I forgot to ask, some amps don't say RMS power but they do say "guaranteed power according to CEA norms" Does this mean that the power listed will be RMS or no?
