Amp To Go With My 2 Kicker 12"s

Hey guys, I baught myself one of THESE SUBS and I was looking for an amp to power them.. They are 300w RMS combined, so I was looking for an amp with 300w RMS as well. I found the Kicker ZX300.1, which puts out 300w RMS at 2 ohms using class AB wiring, which is perfect for my subs. And THEN I found the Kicker ZX400.1 which puts out 400w RMS and its Class D! Its also only $10 more than the ZX300.1 and it leaves more room for future expansion.. So which should I go for? The ZX400.1 overpowers my subs but is Class D which I hear is more efficient and also will stop any lights dimming in my car. The ZX300.1 is AB which will kill my battery but matches my subs perfectly! HELP! Thanks in advance guys!

always go for the most power especially with a 10 buck difference,but 300 watts would not dim your lights unless you drive a flashlight.
