Amp to do 600w rms?

I'm looking for an amp that will put out 600w rms at 2ohms. It's probably going to be driving a Hertz 300D sub. The only problem is the amp can't be bigger than 12"x13", preferably the length being no more than 12". I want a good clean signal. Suggestions?

And the Arc KS500.1 is a bit over 600 @ 2 Ohm but right at 600 @ 1 Ohm

Oh I forgot I had a JVC KS-AR8001D, only does 700 RMS @ 4 or 2 Ohms.

The Arc 500.1 Mini is an option, I heard it's underrated and I think it shouldn't have a hard time driving the sub.

Other amps I've been considering are DD SS1a which does 500@2ohm and the Sundown SAZ 1000D. Any experience with these?

my pdx 1000.1 is smaller than a piece of paper (l*w), the amp is awesome, driving my 13tw5 PERFECTLY with the gain about 1/3 up. Someones selling a 600.1 here or on diymobileaudio.com, I would definitely check that out. Also if your looking to drive a sub 600w, you might want to consider a bit of a bigger amp, 800watts or something, headroom is your friend and will keep the amp going

I have a Diamond D6 1000.1. Its rated for 1000x1@1ohm, 500x1@2ohms, and 250x1@4ohms. They are known to be underrated. It should fit into your space requirements as well. Pm me if interested.

I'm running two PDX amps...4.150 and the 1000.1 No problems at all.They can be a problem if one is not ready to spend.They are not cheap.I've seen the birthsheets on the 1000.1.The amp is definitely underated and have tremendous power.The footprint is 8" x 10" x 2" .The PDX 600.1 has the same footprint as all the others. Alpine also made a 650 M...600 rms @ 2 ohms/400 rms @ 4 ohms-CEA rated V power amp...12.5" length--may be found on E-bay for less than $200 shipped--this is a 'sub' amp 1 channel monoblock amp.I had one pushing 2-12"JL W3-3-4's in a vented box.It more than did the job.
