Those are both nice options. You can also take a look into an Alpine MRP-M650 or MRP-850. Both can be had around that price (used). I've ran both, and they were great. Just browse around the classifieds section: there's tons of amps in the price range you're looking at.
If anything, this is your best bet: Audiopipe AP15001D. There are plenty of reviews on the forum about this amp, so just look it up if you're skeptical. Don't be fooled by the price - you get a lot for your money. Take it a bit easy on the gains and you'll be fine. Lots of power, especially if you plan to upgrade in the future. It's class D, so it'll be a bit easier on your electrical than a class A/B amp. The seller is a highly respected dealer in these parts - I'm yet to read anything bad about them. I've had a great experience with them in the past as well.
But if you really are set on $150, and are 100% sure you won't want to upgrade, just browse around the classifieds - you'll find something for sure. This guy is selling his AP15001D for $150 plus S/H, you should be able to talk him into $150 shipped since it's only $165 brand new.
