Amp Suggestions to Power 4 DD1508's?

I'm planning on purchasing 4 8" DD1508's, but I have no idea what amp I should use to power these. I'm kindof a newb to this.. I believe they can be run at 1ohm and they run b/w 800-1000 wrms.

Okay, I suppose I should be more specific. I would like to spend under 600 dollars on the amp, how about then?

Also, could somone refer me to a website that explains the different aspects of amps? Another thought that came to mind.. Is my factory alt gonna be able to take this kindof setup?

Most likely absolutely not.

For under $600 - Autotek mm3000.1 or mm4000.1.

Or I can sell you my Stetsom 2k6d. I clamped it on Saturday doing 2925 watts at 0.95 ohm.

Well what would be the highest wattage I could easily run on my factory alt? I have a 1998 Camaro.

Depends on how many batteries you have? Around 2000rms is the most i would suggest on a stock alt.

I've only got one batt. I suppose I could get another but couldn't I just use a capacitor? I think that's what it's called right? W/e the thing is that holds charge.

A bigger, and possibly second, battery would be better, a capacitor wont do anything for you. There's a lot of threads explaining why that is.

Well, will a factory battery and alt be able to take just 2 DD1508's and a 2000wrms amp? I am pretty sure it'd be fine, but I'm no expert. Also, how much would another battery run me?
