why not 2 channel amp instead of mono block?

iif its dual 4, u can wire 4 ohm or 1 ohm load. if u want monoblock, then get a 600.1 @ 4 ohm or a 600.1 @ 1 ohm.

I enjoy getting 2chl amps cuz you will always need one.. & you may change your subs out more than the front stage or whatever..

You just get more options with multi chl amps rather than mono.. though my Genesis Profile Sub amp is a keeper..

It doesnt particularly matter if your sub amp is 2 channels or not. Even if u get a mono amp you can wire the amp to pretty much as many subs as you want to. Get a mono amp because it will be easy. As far as wiring goes you can go to rockfordfosgate.com and find the wirirng wizard or search for it on yahoo or google or something and it will tell you how to wire your subs up.
