amp suggestion for one 12" sub (sundown or skar)

Alright I'm a little confused, since I'm getting one 4ohm subwoofer how would I hook it up from the amp? bridged? 2ohm? A diagram would help

if its 4 ohm dvc then you will wire the coils in parallel both pos together and bot neg together then as long as you have a mono amp (which will be the best option) you just run the single wires you have left and run them to a pos and neg output on the amp.

The newer HF or whatever they are, aren't as good as the old school brutus's even the newer brutus isn't as good. as to why I added Old School models lol..... I've had a few Hifonics all Brutus's tho. For a Daily i'm not spending 500+ on an amp when, where I live they steal Boss and Sony Xplod subs out of cars to put on Craigslist for 100-200$...

When I do my project truck "getting this week moved to my brothers shop" I will be broke with all the **** I have planned for it lol...

yeah the hifi arent as good i heard, but i like my brutus

it depends on your amp and what you want to do with it.

if you want to get a bigger amp than you need and run it at a higher imp (like the mb quart i mentioned earlier) then get the d4

if you dont plan on upgrading then get the d2 and an amp that does around 750 at 1 ohm. aq750 comes to mind.

depends, If you want to get an amp that is 1ohm stable , or an amp that is 2 ohm stable... and if you plan on upgrading to 2 subs later or so forth.

For example soundsolutionsaudio recommends a 1.75 ft^3 ported tuned to 30 Hz -- F3 of 26 Hz for sa12

Where can I find these boxes or a builder??? Are they expensive??
