Amp similar to NINe.4

If I listen to it for 20 minutes with my stereo blasting, it goes into protect!! It is in a regular spot (back of the seat in a hatchback, limo tint on the window) today it wasn't even hot out and it went into protect. I'd like to get an amp that doesn't overheat that easily. I can listen to my NINe.1 blasting for the same period and it's fine!! Let's toss some suggestions out!!

i have my amp mounted like that xcept its on the back of my reg cab dakota and it overheats sometimes and it will hardly even be warm then sometimes it will be hot and it doesnt do it...but it doesnt have a protect light, the amp is an orion 600d btw, but the only thing i can think of is maybe the 9.1 is drawing more power than the other one and its not getting enough power or somthin, but im just guessing

could be a problem with the amp, i'd try contacting eD to trouble shoot it.

yeah just get it fixed.. why spend money on a new amp if it works good.. when it works.
