Amp selection that will extend into the future

I have a $200 budget. And yes i know i 'get what i pay for', but i was looking for an amp that isnt complete garbage, will power my current subs and live up to powering one Cerwin-Vega Stroker 12" (or maybe 2, but 1 is minimum) in the future. I'll have my local audio shop tune the amp so it doesnt blow out my current subs. I picked out a few already, and ill list them below. If you have anything better do let me know.

The cerwin-vega stroker 12" is 1200W rms

My current subs are two SVC Memphis 10" 250W RMS / 700W peak

First choice: POWER ACOUSTIK OVN1-5500D (4 ohm @ 1700W rms, 2 ohm @ 2300W rms, 1ohm @ 3200W RMS) $200 . Saw this one powering two L7s pretty hard and seems like the best choice.

Others are (i have looked at these into detail yet):

POWER ACOUSTIK PS1-5500D $200

SOUNDSTREAM RUB1.1600D $200

POWER ACOUSTIK GOTHIC OVN1-2000D $120

POWER ACOUSTIK BAMF2000/1D $120
