Amp Selection Question

Would a Pioneer GM-6300F amp work with these speakers?

Polk DB651 6.5 Speakers - 4 ohm - 60 RMS & Peak - 180

Polk DB691 6 x 9 Speakers - 4 ohm - 100 RMS & Peak - 300

If not, could you guys suggest what amp would work with these speakers.

Less than 400 dollars

I understand that the amp has to have a little more power than the speakers but one speaker is 60 RMS and the other is 100 RMS so i wasnt sure on an amp that would work with both of the speakers.
