I'm thinking about purchasing a Diamond Audio D7402 from another forum. The problem is that it has a noise issue (slight hissing) at low volumes. Where could I send it to get fixed?

Also I have seen NIB Main boards for those all you need to to is take your old one out and put the new one in. IF you know how to do those kinda things.
