Crapola.... you just reminded me that I need to order some 33 uF capacitors to replace the input filter caps on one of my old school amps.

most people dont realize, its easy if you know how to follow plans and know how to solder. i built my own variable metronome one time learning to solder lol.

It is even easier when one of your friends is a former amp tech and he sends you the schematics for the amp you are trying to repair

So replacing the FETS worked? Was there anything else that you replaced? I have 2 of these amps with the same problem.

You can't always just change fets to fix a power supply. There's a lot of other things that can go that you need to look for.

Yep, like emitter resistors, capacitors, diodes, and sometimes the torrid itself.
