amp rack

so im bulding an amp rack over a wheel well in my cargo area (suv) and i have a questionb about ventilation. basically there going to be closed off except for the ends (image a box with no ends) and would there be enough ventilation? if not how could i remedy this?

Get some small computer fans or something similar, and just wire it up to the switched 12V source with a relay or something.
