Right now I have an Alpine MRX 1100 amp hooked up to 2 PSI 12s @ 2Ohms.

I want to upgrade to an AQ2200 but the only wiring options I have for my PSI's are 0.5ohm, 2ohm or 8ohm. After looking online it doesn't look like I should be doing 0.5ohm... since the AQ2200 amp has 4 speaker outputs is it possible to wire each speaker to 1Ohm and have 4 wires come out of the box instead? or is that not how those terminals work?

TLDR: How do the 4 speaker outputs work on a monoblock amp

Thanks!
