Hi. I've audiobank monoblock amp, every now and then the amp won't pump out any sound to the sub and when I check the amp it's on. when I tap the amp it starts working again. this goes on and on. anyone Who knows what could be the problem please help. I suspect that it could be a loose input channel. thank you in advance.

I agree with every one above. OFC is much better. Copper is a much better conductor than aluminum.
