My amp today started to give me problems. i blew my fuse by the battery and i replaced that fuse and now my amp wont turn on. it will turn on but for a quick second. I opened up my amp to see if there is anything burnt or broken all i can find was a broken piece. i dont know much about the internals of an amp but i will include a picture of what im talking about. also is there anybody that fixes amp in the chicago area or if theres a shop that does. By the way it is a hifonics bxi1608

looks like something may have came loose. those are the protection diodes, and do need replaced, but something kicked them out. can you get more pics of the surrounding areas, and the transistors clamped to the body/heatsink?

Was the amp playing normally and then blew a fuse out of nowhere? Are the fuses in the amp good? Are you sure when you replaced the fuse that it didn't blow again right away? If your fuses are blowing right away with no remote turn on power supplied then you almost certainly have some toasted power supply fets. If you are lucky it is just the power supply that went out but usually the power supply goes after a failure in the output section. Do you have a multimeter?
