Amp power output question

Ok, I am wanting to get a new amp soon, hopefully and I am wondering what decent priced amps (250 or under) that i could drop to a lower than reccomended ohm load and get more power? Example I was looking at a phoenix gold octane 15:0.1 (1000rms 2 ohms supposedly) and say drop it to mabe .5 ohms or 1 to be safe. Can that make alot more power? Say 1500-2000? I will put a couple of big computer fans on what ever i get to help cool. If not, suggest a better amp to use. thanks in advance:p:

Some amplifier info.

* You can blow up an amp even if you followed manufacturers load specifications.

* Your risk of blowing up an amp is a little higher if you exceed load specifications but

don't exceed the amps power rating.

* Your risk of blowing up an amp is highest when you exceed load specifications to

gain more power output.

* Playing continuous test tones vs. playing random music will torture the amp more.

What you are planning on doing is sort of a bad idea...

Typically the manufacturer puts a load specification on their amps for a reason.

Just buy and amp that fits the output you are looking for!

I know it's harder on the amp etc, but i figure if add 2 or so big 120mm fans to the amp (1 pushing in cool air & 1 pulling the hot air out) that it would mabe not overheat as long as its not maxed all the time.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/uhoh.gif.c07307dd22ee7e63e22fc8e9c614d1fd.gif anyone else?
