Amp on no bass

hey guys ,today i unplugged my amp while cleaning out my car and when i hooked it back up the power light goes on but it's not doing anything. can this be the rcas because i know they were under stress because theyre too short.

are you serious?! when i didnt havemy license i still used gallons of gas sittin in my car listening to my system. i guess it would get easier without bass as time goes on huh?
