amp not working

so all day my amp and sub were doing alright and working then when i turned on my car again about 3 min in the bass shuts off, so i look and see the amp is no longer on. All the wires seem to connected and good and the fuses from what i saw looked fine although was not able to pull them out. So does anyone have any ideas what could be the problem?

did you really check all of the wires? double check everything and make sure it works.

pretty sure everything was alright, everything was connected wires didnt seem to be tangles or folded or anything any thing else i can do to make sure all the wires are properly working?

Get a cheapo DMM and start checking/verifying that you have power to the amp and the remote wire is working. Obviously check the fuse first though...

i checked all the fuses, under the hood, and the amp fuses. all are fine. i redid all my wires and checked the ground...still amp not turning on????!

OP, what kind of subs and amp? what load was the amp seeing? It sounds like you popped something inside the amp. Double check all the wiring and open up the amp and see if anything looks burnt.
