Amp not powering up

I have a Soundqubed q1-1200.1 That quit working on my way home the other night. I have checked the voltage at the amp and have over 12 volts and getting 11 volts on my remote wire, when I turn the deck on I can hear the amp click as if it is turning on but there no indication on the bass knob, amp or protection lights. I can also hear the click when I turn it off. I checked the resistance from amp to ground and is .3 ohms. When I was driving home the other night I did try resetting amp by turning the deck off and then back on and notice that all my lights including headlights went out for a half second and the amp still didn't work, tried it again with the same result. The amp does have a slight burn smell to it but not over bearing. I'm not sure what to check next but need to figure out something quick so I can send back before the warranty is up. thanks for any help.
