Amp Not Accepting Power

It was the ground not making good contact. Seems to be working now. I want to kick myself.

I was using the nickel plated terminal on the kicker wire for the ground. Filed it down to the copper and it worked //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

I used a -3db 60Hz CD and tuned to 30v with subs wired to 2 ohm. Is that good for the break in period, or can I go higher? And how long should I let them break in for before I put them up to 1500w?
